Venturing into Germany, we decided to leave the listed cycle routes behind for a while and do it our own way. The consequence…some interesting obstacles. Luckily a few helpful locals have picked up on the two confused cyclists trying to read our paper map, and in some cases cycled many km with us to get us back on track. Time to celebrate with fresh hot pretzels 🥨.
